Getting set up

Request access
Request access on the home page with your work email, your startup and your Stripe account ID or handle. Stripe is how we confirm your startup is real; nothing is connected until you choose to.

Connect your sources
Connect Stripe, your bank and your CRM, all read only. It takes about four minutes. Every figure Creamsoda shows carries a badge saying where it came from.

Pour your first Pulse Snapshot
Your intern drafts your first update from your sources. Edit any line, add the story only you can tell, and approve it.

Share it
Send your Pulse Snapshot link to your investors, your accelerator or a league. You decide what each one sees and can take it back at any time.

Shortcuts
- Press ⌘K (or Ctrl K) anywhere to search and run anything.
- Press G then a letter to jump: G P for Pulse Snapshot, G R for Runway, G E for Arena.
- Every list moves with J and K, and Enter opens the item.
